Due to the small size of our team, we are unable to provide a 24 hour service. Instead, we use a specialist out of hours provider called Vets Now. We trust these professionals to take care of your pets when we can't.

 Your comments will be passed on to the member of staff or team receiving the compliment. 

Complaints

We hope that you never have a reason to complain about the services you receive from us.
However we do take any complaints very seriously.
The best and quickest way to resolve an issue is to mention it at the time of the problem. We can then discuss what has happened and find a way to resolve it.
If you do not want to do this, or feel that the issue has not been resolved please contact the clinic;
